young man under the age of 16, an enlisted Naval sailor
abused his role as a mentor to intoxicate and sexually
assault this minor. Using his older age and alcohol to
repeatedly coerce the young man into sexual acts, the

to bear upon the sailor’s wife for alleged conspiracy in the
